Hyatt Tower Chicago
Hyatt tower is a pure office building and was built in the year 2005. The building work started in the year 2003 and was successfully completed in 2005. The beautiful master piece stands tall on the 71 South Wacker Drive. The place has a unique structure and stands tall with a height of 679 feet which makes the total floor count 48 in this case; the building is a tall lean structure which creates a definite impression on the first sight.
The building covers a total area of 1,765,000 square feet. 28 high speed elevators are their to serve the people who in one form or the other are associated with the tower. It took almost 1,300,000 man hours to complete this massive place and thus it’s a unique scene to see. The building has got a very high class decors included a massive work by the bamboo both inside and outside the building which surely add miles to the beauty of the place. The place is totally clad in fountains which are further increased by the lash green grass in the area.
The building houses the offices of the famous company Global Hyatt Cooperation and on the name of this company the tower has been named. The original plan was to erect a 60 floor building but the plan was later on over ruled due to various reasons. One of the major reasons was t 9/11 attack and the uncertainty which was injected in all the tentacles of United States.
